Important: Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses are generally public. Information recorded on a public blockchain may be visible to others and may be immutable.

- X (Twitter) Login Data: If you choose to log in with X, we may receive limited information such as your X user ID, handle, display name, and profile image URL, subject to your settings and X’s policies.
- Wallet / On-Chain Data: Public wallet address, transaction hashes, token/NFT ownership, and other publicly available blockchain data.
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies & Similar Tech: Cookies/local storage used for sessions, preferences, and basic functionality.
- Communications: If you contact us, we collect what you send and any contact details you include.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Service (authentication, session management, feature access).
- Facilitate on-chain interactions you request (claim, mint, reap), including eligibility checks and ticket/voucher generation.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; enforce our Terms; debug and improve reliability.
- Analyze usage to improve the Service (performance metrics, feature adoption).
- Respond to your requests and provide support.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and property.
3. How We Share Information
We may disclose information to service providers (hosting, analytics, storage such as IPFS pinning, monitoring and security vendors) who process data on our behalf, to blockchain networks (public by design), for legal and safety reasons, or in connection with business transfers.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share limited information with analytics providers to understand usage and improve the Service.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (“CCPA/CPRA”), including the right to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to opt out of certain “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (if applicable).
Categories collected: identifiers (such as X user ID/handle and wallet address), internet/network activity (usage data), and inferences for security/analytics.
Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. If we engage in “sharing” as defined by CPRA via certain analytics/advertising technologies, you may request to opt out by contacting us.
9. International Users
The Service is controlled and operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that information may be processed and stored in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.
